Latest news

Building:
    We now have power at the Firehouse!!!!
Electrical and Plumbing are complete.
The walls are up and painted. Tiling is completed.
The Drop ceiling is in place.  AC units have been installed and now working.
The patio cover is now up and it wraps around the back of the building
and give much more protection then before. Warming area is very near completion.
next up is the audio/music system and microphone for meetings.
The gazebos are complete and Benchs are being built by:
 Ray Lipps, Chester Domingue and Moe Schwandt.

Dredging:
Permits have been applied for. We expect the permit very shortly.
Dredging may start soon on the finger canal going out into the Lake.
  Kevin Davis has been contacted about dredging the finger canals like they
are doing at Coin-du-Lestin. I hope to hear something from Mr. Davis
very soon about that possibility.

We have monthly meetings at the firehouse to run the fire pumps and cut the grass. Anyone wanting to help
or learn how to use these pumps are welcome every first Sunday of the month at 9am.
